On 13th December, chilly winterfall pervaded in the sky. Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli and Vice Chairman Xu Haihong with the School Trade Union arrived in Dian Qian Village, Yue Xi County to send warmth for poverty alleviation and visit the underprivileged family aided financially by Anqing Foreign Language School.
To be specific, President Madam Huang Wenli brought sentimental items to the impoverished family members, had a cordial talk with them and asked after their health with deep concern to enquire about the recent poverty situation as well as their children ’s education conditions. Other than that, Madam President inquired of the poverty-stricken family about the difficulties in life. When informed that their living quality had improved, President Madam Huang Wenli felt gratified and encouraged them to establish confidence in that they would move further away in broader exploration. Madam President expressed that Anqing Foreign Language School and herself would continue to show solicitude for their family and provide help as much as possible.
To sum up, this is the second time that Anqing Foreign Language School has visited and conducted poverty relief work. Besides the anti-poverty project, the Trade Union of Anqing Foreign Language School made phone calls to extend solicitude on many occasions and adopted practical actions to help promote the development of agricultural and sideline products in Dian Qian Village.
